On Monday, Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach took a bold stand against pharmaceutical giant Pfizer, launching a lawsuit over their misleading statements regarding their COVID mRNA vaccines. Kobach’s audacious move highlights the growing concerns about the honesty and integrity of Big Pharma, as well as the complicity of Democrats in pushing an unproven vaccine on the American public.
The Kansas AG is accusing Pfizer of pulling the wool over the eyes of Kansans, with deceptive claims about the safety and efficacy of its mRNA vaccines. He stated, “Pfizer made multiple misleading statements to deceive the public about its vaccine at a time when Americans needed the truth,” during a press conference at the Statehouse in Topeka.
A study published in Medicine in February 2022 revealed that pregnant women faced adverse events at a rate 17 percent higher than the general population. Despite this, Pfizer continued to push its vaccine on this vulnerable group.
Kobach exposed Pfizer’s knowledge of these risks, stating “In February of 2021, Pfizer possessed reports for 458 pregnant women who received Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine during pregnancy. More than half of the pregnant women reported an adverse event, and more than 10 percent reported a miscarriage—many within days of the vaccination.”
Pfizer’s own animal trials suggested that their mRNA products were unsafe for pregnant women, yet they chose to ignore these findings. Kobach noted, “Pfizer also possessed information from its own October 2020 study on pregnancy in rats indicating that its COVID vaccine was likely linked to infertility, loss of litters, and stillborn offspring.”
Furthermore, Pfizer was aware of the potential for their mRNA vaccines to cause heart damage. Despite this, Pfizer’s CEO continued to deny any connection as recently as January of 2023.
Kobach also accused Pfizer of misleading the public about the vaccine’s effectiveness against COVID variants and its ability to prevent transmission. He stated, “Additionally Pfizer claimed its vaccine protected against COVID variants, despite data showing otherwise. The pharmaceutical giant also suggested its vaccine prevented COVID transmission, but later admitted it had never studied whether its vaccine stopped transmission.”
In a further indictment of Pfizer’s actions, Kobach alleged that the company censored criticism of the vaccines on social media and declined to participate in Operation Warp Speed to avoid government oversight.
While vaccines under an Emergency Use Authorization are protected from legal liability, fraudulent production is not covered. As such, Pfizer is now facing multiple lawsuits and an ongoing grand jury investigation in Florida regarding potential criminal activity related to its mRNA vaccines.
On November 30, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton also stood up against Pfizer’s deceit, launching a lawsuit against the company for “unlawfully misrepresenting” Covid-19 vaccine efficacy and conspiring to censor public discourse.
Paxton’s lawsuit accuses Pfizer of deception in three main areas: duration of protection, protection from transmission and protection from new variants. He is seeking civil penalties of up to $10 million for these violations.
Pfizer continues to claim that its statements about its mRNA product are “accurate and science-based,” despite mounting evidence to the contrary. The lawsuit was moved to federal court in January, demonstrating the seriousness of these allegations.
Whistleblower Brook Jackson has also taken a stand against Pfizer’s alleged dangerous and shoddy research practices, filing a False Claims Act/qui tam complaint against the pharmaceutical giant in January 2021.
In February, Florida’s Statewide Grand Jury released its first interim report, which highlighted nonpharmaceutical COVID interventions such as masks and lockdowns. However, the CDC, FDA and U.S. Army have all refused to cooperate with the investigation into COVID injections.
As of May 31, 2024, the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) has reported 37,647 COVID “vaccine” deaths, 216,757 hospitalizations, 154,810 trips to Urgent Care, among other serious adverse events. Many medical experts believe these numbers represent just a small percentage of the total number of adverse events suffered by vaccine recipients.
