John Kirby, the prominent White House National Security Council communications advisor recently has been caught and exposed for his incompetency and partisanship crossing the expected boundaries of a White House official which had led to disapproval by critics and veterans of the unfortunate 9/11 made his lack of sensitivity even more obvious where he dismissed four concerned military veterans on the matter that were representatives like Cory Mills with an e-mail.
The e-mail was in response to Fox’s request for John Kirby’s response on the matter.
As any sensible White House official Kirbey’s response was very expected to be diplomatic and respectable towards the veterans as they commemorate the tragic incident and also because it was from Fox News. But as baited and predicted, this wasn’t the case where he responded plainly stating that it would be ‘No use to respond. A ‘handful’ of vets indeed and all of one stripe’, then immediately following by an apology stating that he didn’t realize Fox was on the same chain.
This apathetic tone was surprising since Kirby has been declared as a straight shooter by various sources. However contradicting that statement, the behavior exhibited by Kirby most certainly throws shade on this tag, let alone the tone of the conversation and whether it was stated publically or on e-mail.
The fact that he could dismiss the veterans’ obvious concerns about the Afghan withdrawal as well as call them ‘handful of vets’ and ‘all of one stripe’ questions his own personality, competence and nature. It appeared as if Kirby, currently stationed at the White House is now ‘closer to being on the straight and narrow with doses of honesty than others in the regime’ has turned partisan.
But, contrary to Fox’s response, the criticism was not the main idea but rather to question Kirby’s state of mind and influence, who has been in a relationship gaining influence with the White House.
The veterans like Cory Mills responded stating they would continue to challenge Kirby on his choices to oppose and keep Kingdom Building according to authors from the white house.
