It’s an alarming sight to behold – the rise of Communist ideology on American soil. A recent video shared on social media showcases a group of youthful Communists parading down the streets of Philadelphia, crying out for a “class war” and proudly displaying the hammer and sickle flag. This symbol is an infamous reminder of the ruthless Soviet regime, known for its widespread famine, terror, and gulags.
The video was posted by Eyal Yakoby, a student from America and Israel, who fittingly points the finger at American higher education for such an unsettling display. It’s a grim reality that our esteemed institutions of higher learning have morphed into hotbeds for radical ideologies, completely disregarding facts or the potential consequences of their actions.
The group in question, the Revolutionary Communists of America (RCA), conducted its first Congress in Philadelphia with approximately 500 members marching through the city streets. However, their march is nothing more than a hollow display of empathy for the less fortunate – a deceptive guise historically employed by communists to garner support.
Noted psychologist and conservative thinker Jordan Peterson aptly observes, “It’s easy to understand why people are emotionally drawn to the ideals of socialism because it draws its fundamental motivational source from a primary compassion.” This misplaced compassion is what has allowed communism to flourish despite its catastrophic history of oppression, violence, and death.
The harsh truth is that this so-called compassion is nothing but a sham, a tactic to ensnare the unsuspecting and naive. Behind the facade of concern for the poor and oppressed lurks the true face of communism – atheistic, despotic, and hell-bent on total control.
In his early writings, Karl Marx notoriously proclaimed, “I wish to avenge myself against the One who rules above.” This vengeful sentiment against God has been the driving force behind the communist agenda, culminating in the senseless massacre of nearly 140 million people in the last century alone by Soviet and Chinese communists.
Unsurprisingly, the RCA marchers were seen chanting for a “class war” and calling to “fight the rich, feed the poor.” This is classic communist rhetoric, designed to pit the “oppressed” against the “oppressor,” fostering societal division and unrest.
As President Trump has courageously and publicly condemned, the real danger lies in extremist ideologies like communism infiltrating our society. It’s high time for Americans to wake up and reject these deceitful and harmful ideologies. As a nation, we must staunchly resist any attempts to undermine our cherished values of freedom, individual rights, and democracy.

The recent RCA march serves as a grim reminder of the ongoing struggle against communism and other radical ideologies. We must stay alert and firm in defending our nation and our values, for history has shown that the god of secular collectivism is a false and deadly one. Now, more than ever, President Trump’s unwavering commitment to preserving America’s greatness and protecting its citizens from such destructive ideologies is crucially important.
